The Zénitude apartment hotel welcomes you to TEMIS Santé.

Opened last December in the Hauts du Chazal district, he apartment hotel has accommodation capacity of 100 ooms and four floors of underground car parking. The hotel is part of a new independent group Zénitude Hôtel Résidences created by two Franche-Comté partners, Romain and Thomas Lubrano Di Figolo.

If offers three types of accommodation from a studio (20 m²) to the apartment (35 m²) for a short or long stay. They are all equipped with a kitchenette and some services, including free wifi access and supply of sheets and towels. The non-smoking establishment welcomes a varied clientele: professionals, tourists and students, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. An environmental approach is also favoured, through adoption of systematic waste sorting and reasonable management of the laundry service. Opening the facility has created five jobs on the Cluster and hiring is planned for future new position.

Monday to Friday from 7 am to 9 pm • Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 12 noon and 3 pm to 8 pm
Single room rate : 50€ per night weekdays and 41€ week-ends
