Objective: High performance

On 17 July 2009, the microtechniques park signed its Performance Contract with the State, local authorities and its partners, marking a new stage in the life of the park and its organisation. To raise its profile nationally and internationally and be even better geared to meeting the needs of the industry, the Microtechniques park has revised its strategy.

The roadmap particularly prioritises four target markets - biomedical engineering, measurement and testing, transports and energy and luxury goods. Note also that the community of municipalities around Montbéliard and the watchmaking country have joined the Microtechniques centre.

To achieve its profile-raising goals, the centre will also reinforce its collaboration with other competitiveness clusters.

Key dates

On 15 October 2009, a discovery day is being held at the Pierre Vernier Institute.
