- Founding of the SIP board

- Installation of ERG TRANSIT SYSTEMS, WORLDPLAS, TRAINING CENTRE FOR INDUSTRY APPRENTICES, Regional Sports House etc.
- Creation of the TEMIS exchange centre
- Construction of TEMIS INNOVATION, MAISON DES MICROTECHNIQUES
- 10 hectares marketed.
2005

- Opening of TEMIS INNOVATION, MAISON DES MICROTECHNIQUES (6500 m2 devoted to innovative technology activities)
- 8 companies set up facilities in TEMIS INNOVATION
- Installation of the research centre and management of PSP PEUGEOT
- Launch of new projects: TEMIS CENTER 1, first property programme relating to services for companies (1800 m²) and then TEMIS CENTER 2 (1800 m²).
2006 - 2007

- TEMIS CENTER 1 and TEMIS CENTER 2 : 3600 m2 of rental space for services for companies
- Arrival of SOPHYSA (2800 m2 unit over 2 levels)
- MICROTECH, business property programme (1000 m²).
- Arrival of TECHLAM
- TEMIS INNOVATION – MAISON DES MICROTECHNIQUES: 5 incubated projects, 17 companies in the nursery and hotel (on 1 October 2007)
2008

- Arrival of SONAXIS
- TEMIS CENTER 3 and TEMIS CENTER 4
- Finalisation of JPR INVEST, programme relating to services for companies
- Launch of ARTEMIS Bis, new 5000-m2 programme.
- Additional studies for TEMIS Sciences
- Completion of the extension of the apprentices training centre, which will house UIMM Doubs.
- Extension of ERG
- Doubling of the area of WORLDPLAS.
Early 2009

- Arrival of the first hotel of the Pichet group with the Jean-Pierre Papin hotel.
- TEMIS daycare centre (1000 m2)
- Projects in the study stage: new operation involving office space (7000 m2), housing, installation projects etc.
- TEMIS INNOVATION: 100% occupancy rate (5 incubated projects, 6 businesses in the nursery, 13 in the company hotel)
- Organisation of the Pierre Vernier Institute with 6 technological units brought together
- Progress of TEMIS Sciences project (6000 m2 dedicated to research)
