Accessibility

What does one mean by the accessibility of a website?

A website is said to be accessible when everybody can access it in an equivalent manner, regardless of the browser they use, the interface (keyboard or mouse), the access platform (or operating system) and the display device.

The accessibility of a website does not only concern disabled users - a good website must be accessible by all users, disabled or not.

Keyboard shortcuts may be used to directly access some key pages of a website.

You may use the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • PC: [alt] + [shift] + [one key] (+ Enter key while using Internet Explorer)
